Time N Affection is about how much time you spend with someone you love and how much you give to them. It’s one thing to love and spend money and balls and whatever, but when you lose that primary interest, it’s not love anymore. he is lost Spending your time no matter how busy you are and taking care of yourself shows how much you love someone and that’s what the song is about. Chris Brown did his part and that made it a special record.
